International Delivery

Targeted international delivery is available to the countries listed in the table (fees and import duties are not included and may apply – see below for details).
The delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order (select the destination country) and depends on the order amount.

Tracking
Tracking is included with every order. You will receive a tracking link via email or your preferred messenger app as soon as your package has been handed over to the postal service. Delivery times depend on your location.

Fees and import duties
Import fees may apply to international deliveries, as determined by the destination country. These fees, including customs duties and VAT, are based on the origin of the goods and their classification and are charged upon arrival of your package in the destination country. EMBROSHOP does not charge any duties or taxes when you place your order and cannot predict any additional costs. If such duties are required, they must be paid to receive your package, and the customer is responsible for these costs.
