You have the right to return or exchange the goods ordered in our online store within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

   However, you cannot return the product if you have already used it and it has not retained its presentation (for more details, see the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”).

1. Mandatory conditions for the return or exchange of goods.

   The product must be fully equipped.
   Original and undamaged packaging and labels must be present.
   Compliance with the presentation (no traces of use and operation).
   If you have received a defective product, we can replace it with a new one or refund the full cost of the product.

2. Refund of the cost of the goods.
   We refund the full cost of the goods minus the cost of delivery and fitting (the cost of fitting is 200 UAH). The shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

3. What you need to do to return or exchange the goods.
   Before returning the goods, you must write (in the messenger or by e-mail) a free-form application for exchange or return with information about the reasons for the exchange or return (indicate the order number and full name of the customer).
   Returns are made by the postal and logistics service that delivered the goods to the buyer.
   The buyer pays for the shipment of the goods.
   After sending the goods, you must inform us of the declaration number in the messenger or by e-mail.
   Upon return of the goods, provided that its consumer properties and presentation are preserved, a refund is made.

Important! Please note!
   Embroshop checks, photographs, and insures the goods before shipping for their full value.
   Be sure, regardless of the payment method, to check the goods directly in the presence of the delivery service employee.
   If the goods were damaged during transportation, please remember that you can only file a complaint with the delivery service when you check the order. By receiving the order, you agree that the goods have been checked and that you have no claims against the delivery service and the store.
   If the packaging is damaged or the goods are mechanically damaged, you should refuse the parcel and file a claim with the delivery service. In turn, the delivery service will reimburse you for the damage if it was caused by its fault.
   If during the inspection you find a shortage of goods or a set, you must draw up a discrepancy report.

- Please note that the colors on the monitor screen may differ from the actual colors. This is due, in particular, to personal settings of brightness, contrast and color, which is not a reason for returning the product.
- All rights to embroidery pattern designs (images and inscriptions) belong to Embroshop®, and are not a repetition or copying of original products of other brands.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the designs of embroidery patterns, including changes in color shades of products that do not affect their basic functions and purpose, without notice.
